Lease of conference and lecture rooms

The ACP offers conference and lecture rooms for rent:

Kapacity of maximum 40 persons
2^nd floor, handicap friendly access, air-conditioning
Equipment: flipchart, overhead projektor, data projektor, Laptop, projektor screen,TV, DVD, video, internet connection
Refreshments and lunches may be included with room rental
Reception service with English and Czech speaking personnel + services (copying, advertisements, tec.)

Hourly rate	390 Kč + 20% VAT
Half-day rate (max. 4 hours)	1.400 Kč + 20% VAT
Daily rate (max. 8 hours)	2.700 Kč + 20% VAT
Data projektor	200 Kč/1 hour (can be rented out for external events)

Discounts offered for long-term cooperation for larger amounts of rental hours - based on individual agreement.
