Offering language courses led by experienced lecturers in the spaces available in the American Center has long been a tradition at the American Center. We now newly offer summer English courses for the public focused on conversation, listening and reading texts.

- Enrollment into the 1 st semester: Oct 2010 - Jan 2011
- Groups of 5 - 8 students
- Price: 2.380 Kč - if paid by 30 Sep - 2.140 Kč (17 lectures/90 min. per week
- Beginners with Czech lecturer: Wednesday 6pm - 7:30pm
- Czech courses for foreigners - Czech language courses for foreigners, including lessons for complete beginners to experienced speakers.

- Teachers´ Club - A club for English teachers at basic and secondary school development of language skills in the form of discussions on selected topics and presentations led by experienced lecturers, focused on engaging the participants of the program.
- TOEFL test
The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreing Language) test is an internationally recognized American standardized test which was created primarily for the purpose of evaluating the level of English language knowledge of those interested in the study of English as a foreing laguage. It is designated for upper intermadiate to advanced students. A trial version is available in the ACP internet café.
